At Our Bench, getting in touch is never just a formality. For us, accessible holidays are about people first. Matt and I believe that reassurance, dignity, and being listened to are just as important as step-free access or specialist equipment. That’s why we encourage guests to contact us directly. Whether you prefer a phone call, an email, or an enquiry form, you’ll always be speaking to one of us.
Our approach to accessibility comes from lived experience. We have supported loved ones with a wide range of disabilities, health conditions and additional needs, and we understand what it can take to plan a holiday when care, equipment, fatigue or uncertainty are part of daily life.
We are committed to learning, improving and sharing what helps. Here you can see how we are working with local businesses to encourage small, practical changes that help disabled people feel genuinely welcome.
