Which cottage should I choose?
All three cottages are fully accessible, self-catering, and designed to make holidays easier.
They are all in the same road, next door to each other, so it is easy to book neighbouring cottages for extended family, friends, or carers.
We are often asked which cottage is the most accessible. They are equally accessible for wheelchair users, but each offers slightly different fixed equipment and layout options.
Choose based on the space you need, who you are travelling with, and any specific requirements.
Each cottage has been designed thoughtfully with essential equipment that meets practical needs, while still feeling like a home.
If you do not need ceiling hoists or a height-adjustable bed with side rails, we have flexible options, and the equipment is not the first thing you notice when you arrive.

Not sure if accessible accommodation is right for you?
Our cottages are fully accessible, but that does not mean they feel clinical or institutional. The beds are extremely comfortable and do not “look medical.” The toilets are standard. The sofas are cosy. The kitchens are clean, tidy and well equipped. They are simply designed to work better for more people.
- Some guests stay with us because they need a ceiling hoist or a profiling bed.
- Some stay because they prefer step free access.
- Some are recovering from surgery.
- Some have hidden conditions.
- Some simply want a well maintained, peaceful place to stay in the New Forest.
You do not need to use every accessible feature. You might not need any of them. That is completely fine. We would love you to come and stay, join friends in a neighbouring cottage, or even come and try us out before bringing a loved one away. Accessible accommodation is for everyone.
Can I see when all the cottages are available?
You can view each cottage’s latest availability on its individual accessible holiday cottage page, but below you can look at the availability across all three cottages - which may help you decide which is right for you or if you wish to book two or more together as you are travelling with family, friends, or carers.
How do I book?
The best and quickest way to book is directly through our website, which is always fully up to date. If you email or phone us, we may not be able to action your request immediately. We know that not all venues keep their availability accurate, but we do. When arranging carers, specialist equipment, or coordinating visits with local family and friends, having reliable, up to date information really matters.
Still not sure which one fits your needs?
Tell us who you are travelling with and any equipment you bring, and we will help you choose the best match based on our experience and guest feedback.
