Our Bench has three purpose-built wheelchair-accessible cottages, each with step-free access, an accessible wet room, profiling beds and a bedroom ceiling hoist. Layouts and equipment vary between cottages, so we provide detailed information to help you decide what will work for you before you book.

Once you book, we will ask about anything that is essential to your stay. This is not about ticking boxes. It helps us understand what you need, confirm suitable equipment and make sure you have the information you need to arrive with confidence.

Assistance dogs and pet dogs

Pet dogs are welcome in Garden Bench only, by prior arrangement and with the published pet fee. Assistance dogs are welcome in all three cottages. Please tell us when booking so we can prepare appropriately.
