Occasionally a week or weekend becomes unexpectedly available in one of our fully accessible cottages. Sometimes we release a rare short summer break. At other times we can add thoughtful extras to make your stay easier, calmer, or more celebratory. When something opens up, you will find it here.

We do not run permanent discounts. This page is for genuine cancellations, rare short breaks, and optional stay enhancements. If you see dates that work for you, please get in touch promptly, book through the web site - include any special request in the notes box, or type in the voucher code.

Short breaks in peak season are unusual for us. Very occasionally we release a 3 or 4 night break, or a week becomes available due to a cancellation.

Best for: returning guests, flexible travel, last minute planning, or guests requiring a shorter stay.

Late availability, Special offer weeks and cancellations

If a cancellation occurs, we may be able to offer a short notice booking window, a reduced minimum stay, or added value rather than a price reduction. Accessibility needs can require extra planning, so we keep this simple and clear. If we have availability in the next 8 weeks, we can often accommodate flexible bookings from as little as two nights, just ask us for details - and it we can make it work we will!
