Our Bench offers three fully accessible, self-catering holiday cottages in the New Forest, designed for wheelchair users, guests with complex needs, and families travelling with carers. Below you will find our weekly prices by season for Little Bench, Bench Cottage, and Garden Bench.

Prices are shown per cottage, per week, and reflect the size, layout, and facilities of each property. Garden Bench sleeps one additional guest and includes a private garden, which is reflected in the pricing. Short breaks are available at certain times of year and are highlighted clearly below.

We offer 3-night weekend breaks (starting Friday) and 4-night midweek breaks (starting Monday) during the low season (November to February, excluding Christmas and New Year).

Flexible Christmas dates are subject to availability. IN 2025 we trialled full flexibility over the Christmas period - the options can be viewed via our calendar - just click on your arrival date, and see how many days are available!

A refundable cleaning retainer is due on all bookings, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. A £250 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
